Ingredients

  • 800<\/span> g<\/span> Turkey breast<\/span><\/li>
  • 80<\/span> g<\/span> Smoked bacon dices<\/span><\/li>
  • 100<\/span> g<\/span> Spring onion<\/span><\/li>
  • 50<\/span> g<\/span> Extra virgin olive oil<\/span><\/li>
  • 250<\/span> g<\/span> Cooking cream<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> Spring of rosemary<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> Spring of sage<\/span><\/li>
  • Salt<\/span><\/li>
  • Pepper<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

    Instructions
    <\/div> <\/h3>
    • In order to prepare the turkey bites with cream, first finely chop the spring onion. Let it wither on low heat together with the bacon and oil in a pan with a wide bottom.<\/span>
      <\/div>In the meantime, cut the turkey into cubes about 2-3 cm and once the spring onion has browned and the bacon is well browned, increase the heat. Add the rosemary and sage (you can chop them or leave them whole and remove them later), the turkey and fry everything for about 5-8 minutes, turning often to evenly cook. As soon as the meat is well cooked, lower the heat, add the cream and cook the turkey slowly for 10-15 minutes, whilst covering the pan with the lid.<\/span>
